Each User ID is unique. 

For chilled lunches, the User ID can be found on the bag label, just under the child's name

For hot lunches, the User ID can be found on the lid of the meal. 

If you do not have access to the bag or the lid, you can find your User ID on any previous Order Confirmation emails you have received from us.

If you have saved an email address to your account previously, you can reset your password by using the "Reset Password" link on the login page.

Unfortunately, no. Our meals are available on specific days - sometimes this is set by the Department's Nutritional guidelines, and sometimes because of product availability. We do not have the facility to make these items available on other days of the week. 

Please contact your school directly to rejoin the programme. 

Because the school meal program is funded to the school, sometimes there can be restrictions on the number of students allowed on the program. The school will be able to advise, and to ask us to add a student if their funding allows. 

Please contact the Dept. of Social Protection to apply for school meal funding.

Depending on the funding that the school receives, some schools do not have access to drinks. There may be filtered water available in the school. Please contact your school directly for more information. 

The school meal funding is supplied on a 5-day week basis, and it is the expectation that every child will receive a lunch 5-days per week. We cannot facilitate switching off lunches for individual children on some days during the week.

Orders placed before midnight on Friday will come into effect beginning the following Monday. 

Please check your confirmation email to see when the order was placed - orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not come into effect until Monday week. 

In some cases, we may need to replace a product due to availability from our suppliers or a quality issue. In these cases, an alternative will be provided to ensure that no child goes without food.
